Senior Recruiter (Independent Contractor – 1099)

Source For Hire, LLC is seeking seasoned recruiters to join our team as independent contractors (1099). We are looking for professionals with proven recruitment experience in one or more of the following sectors: manufacturing, technology, accounting/finance, and healthcare. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and secure top talent for a diverse range of roles.

Key Responsibilities:
– Execute end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across manufacturing, tech, accounting, and healthcare roles.
– Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to build robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
– Evaluate candidates for both technical proficiency and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.
– Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes with selected candidates.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
– Provide regular updates and progress reports to internal stakeholders, tracking key recruitment metrics.
– Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment for multiple sectors.
– Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
– Operate independently, managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.

Requirements:
– 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus in at least one of the following sectors: manufacturing, technology, accounting/finance, or healthcare.
– Deep understanding of industry-specific roles, skills, and terminology.
– Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor, managing your own schedule and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple sectors.
– Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets in a deadline-driven environment.

Contract Details:
– 1099 Independent Contractor status (not an employee).
