About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company and clients, ensuring their technical needs are met effectively. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, proactively improve infrastructure performance, and drive business growth through renewals and upsells.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their technical requirements are addressed efficiently.
– Analyze and optimize client systems and infrastructure to enhance performance.
– Conduct regular client check-ins to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
– Collaborate with the Service Desk Manager to resolve client inquiries and support needs.
– Lead renewal and upsell efforts, ensuring clients have the best solutions for their evolving business needs.
– Provide technical training and guidance to help clients maximize the value of our services.
– Develop and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
Key Qualifications:
✅ 4-5 years of experience in a client-facing role (Technical Account Management, IT Sales, or similar).
✅ Strong technical expertise in security, server administration, cloud computing, and Mac/Windows environments.
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
✅ Proven ability to build relationships and advocate for client needs.
✅ Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
✅ Self-starter with a passion for technology and customer success.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required).
