We work with companies nationwide to fill leadership and hard-to-fill roles. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and build relationships with hiring decision-makers.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new client leads and secure search agreements
• Build relationships with CEOs, HR leaders, and decision-makers
• Present our services with confidence and clarity
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure seamless delivery
• Track activity and maintain CRM records

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in business development, sales, or staffing
• Experience in executive search or professional services a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented
• CRM-savvy and comfortable working remotely
