Sales Executive – Independent Contractor

Our client is growing fast and they’re looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to own the Richmond market. Ground-floor opportunity with uncapped commissions, a product that solves real pain points for business owners, and a team that moves fast. This role is for closers and hunters, not order-takers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

● Prospect, demo, and close SMBs across restaurants, medical, real estate, home services, insurance, and B2B
● Build and manage your sales pipeline end-to-end using CRM tools
● Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, chambers of commerce, and marketing-sourced campaigns
● Conduct needs assessments and position NEXUS as the all-in-one AI automation solution
● Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

● 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record
Hands-on SaaS and AI knowledge – you understand the tech, not just the pitch
● Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs, sales automation, and digital tools
● Local to Richmond, VA – you know the market and the decision-makers
● Self-starter with go-getter energy – you hunt, create, and close
● Exceptional communicator, polished in person, on video, and on the phone

BONUS POINTS:

● Existing Small Medium Business network in Richmond / Central Virginia
● Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel
● Prior 1099 or Independent Contractor Sales experience
