Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment at customer sites.
Diagnoses and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
Deliver field service with a commitment to safety and quality.
Provide outstanding customer service while building client relationships.
Document service calls and maintain accurate reports.
Qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and field service.
Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
Experience with strapping systems or similar equipment is a plus.
Technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
