Position Title: New Home Sales Consultant
Location: Richmond, VA
Schedule: Full-time | Must be available 3 weekends per month

One of our clients is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join their team in Richmond VA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-first, performance-driven environment and is passionate about helping individuals and families find their perfect home. This client is known for building high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes in some of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Richmond area. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll serve as the face of the community guiding prospective buyers through every step of the homebuying journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet, engage, and guide prospective buyers through the sales process from first contact to closing
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and care throughout the customer experience
• Build and manage strong relationships with buyers, realtors, and community partners
• Strategically track and follow up with leads using our CRM (HubSpot)
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Represent the company at open houses, model tours, and other community-facing events
What We’re Looking For
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• MUST HAVE prior sales experience in real estate industry
• Candidate must be local and/or live within 50 miles radius of Richmond VA
• Must be available to work at least 3 weekends per month, with regular days off during the week
