1.3 Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by Source For Hire, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any material without written permission.

2. Employer Terms
2.1 Fee Agreement
By registering and posting jobs, Employers agree to pay a recruitment fee only upon successful placement of a candidate sourced through Source For Hire according to your executed Direct Hire Fee Agreement. A placement is deemed successful when the candidate accepts the offer and begins employment. Job postings constitute acceptance of these terms and agreement to timely payment upon invoice.
2.2 Platform Use
Employers agree to use the platform solely for legitimate hiring purposes and to communicate professionally with recruiters.
3. Recruiter Terms
3.1 Conduct & Collaboration
Recruiters agree to collaborate in good faith with other recruiters on shared job requirements and honor split-fee arrangements as outlined by Source For Hire according to your executed Direct Hire Split-Fee Agreement.
3.2 Non-Circumvention
Recruiters must not solicit, contact, or engage directly with Employers outside the platform for the purpose of making placements or offering recruitment services. Any attempt to bypass Source For Hire’s platform or fee structure may result in termination and legal action.
3.3 Platform Use
Recruiters agree to submit qualified candidates, maintain professional communication, and respect the confidentiality of Employer job postings.
4. Legal Protections
4.1 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Source For Hire, LLC, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses—including attorney’s fees—arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
4.2 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
All disputes arising from use of Source For Hire’s services—including Employer-Recruiter relationships, fee agreements, or candidate placements—shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Arbitration will follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and be held in Henrico County, in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable.
4.3 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
5. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and representations related to this website and its services. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- Limit liability for death or personal injury from negligence
- Limit liability for fraud or misrepresentation
- Limit liabilities in ways not permitted by law
- Exclude liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this website or its services.
